No one with realistic expectations expected the Wii experience to be akin.the PS3 or Xbox with Mario and Company thrown in. After all the gloom and doom of the Wii’s graphics being disasterously bad before the first games were revealed, the fact that there was a noticeable improvement over the Gamecube was pretty exciting.
